Margie & Michaela Bounding Clinic 2024

Join us with Margie Freed and Michaela Keller-Miller on Saturday, October 19 at 9am for a bounding clinic at Battle Creek. This clinic is open to all ages and abilities. We will be meeting at the Recreation Center at Battle Creek. We will begin at 9am, so arrive early enough to start by then. Please bring your bounding poles, running shoes, water, and positive energy! There will also be some raffle prizes provided by Salomon and our shop. 

Classic length poles will work for bounding, but sternum height is best. If you do not have bounding poles, stop in the shop and we will help you get set up!
